This series of 5 books about Haroldo Palo Jr.'s photography brings together a collection of images chosen by the author to share with readers the story of his career and the journeys he has taken over the past 35 years. Each book contains over 100 photographs. During his career, he assembled a collection of more than 300,000 photos and 2000 hours of videos about nature on several continents. He worked for Jacques-Yves Cousteau on the Amazon expedition early in his career and made 14 trips to Antarctica with the Brazilian Antarctic Program. He visited the Arctic where he could witness the real consequences of global warming on ice and animals in that region. In Brazil, he has photographed in all states, and highlights the Pantanal as one of the places where everyone should visit at least twice: during floods and droughts.
